Sign up as a consumer (find coverage), agency owner (list your agency), or get added as agency staff via an invitation. Email verification is required before quoting or messaging.

What you can do once you sign in as a consumer.

Dashboard

Snapshot of your activity: open quotes, in-flight applications, unread messages, saved agencies, and recent comparisons.

Request a quote

Pick an insurance subcategory and state. The platform routes the request to agencies licensed for that line in that state and lets you see who responds.

Quote requests

List of every quote you've started. Drill in to see agency responses side-by-side and turn one into an application.

Applications

Track applications you've submitted toward binding a policy. Status updates from the agency surface here.

Saved agencies

Bookmark agencies you want to revisit. Saved agencies are private to you and easy to unsave from the same list.

Comparisons

Build a comparison set across multiple agencies for the same coverage. Useful before you commit to an application.

Messages

Threaded inbox for conversations with agencies. Unread badges in the sidebar; threads are auto-marked read when opened.

Notifications

In-app notifications for quote responses, application status, message replies, and account events.

Onboard your agency

Step-through wizard: agency details → service areas → licensing → commission rate. Submits for admin approval; status surfaces in the agency dashboard.

Service areas + offerings

Declare which states and which insurance lines you serve. Determines which quote requests route to your inbox.

Licenses

Add a license per state you operate in. Each license is admin-verified before it counts toward discoverability in that state.

Staff

Invite team members to handle quotes, applications, and messages on the agency's behalf. Each invite is single-use and email-bound.

Quote requests inbox

Incoming consumer quote requests routed to your agency. Respond with rates, decline, or message the consumer for clarification.

Applications

Consumer applications submitted to your agency. Move through statuses (intake → underwriting → bound) — each transition is audit-logged.

Commission offers

Propose a commission rate per insurance line. Admins review and approve; once active, the rate at bind time governs the commission you owe the platform.

Admin dashboard

Operator-level tools — visible only to admin and super_admin roles.

Review queue

Single inbox of everything waiting on admin: agency approvals, license verifications, commission offers, content awaiting publication.

Content review

Articles and glossary terms moving through the R1-R8 compliance pipeline. Reviewer must be different from author (two-eyes).

Ingestion queue

Imported source material waiting to be promoted into draft articles. Promotion is manual — never auto-publication.

FAQ entries

Author and publish FAQ entries that surface on the public /help page, scoped by category and optional state.

Glossary admin

Author and review glossary entries. Same R1-R8 review path as articles before they go public.

Platform metrics

Operational counts: active agencies, in-flight quotes, conversion rates, content velocity.

Payouts

Batched commission payments. Drill into a batch to see the underlying commission events and the recipient agencies.

Commission reports

Aggregate commission earnings by agency, line of coverage, and date range.

Users + roles

Grant or revoke admin-tier roles. Super_admin grants require a second super_admin to approve (4-eyes).

Open

Masquerade (impersonation)

From Users + roles, click Impersonate on a non-admin row to see the site as that user. A sticky banner appears across the whole site; click Stop to return. Both events are audit-logged. Cannot impersonate other admins.

Audit log

Every privileged write — role grants, approvals, content publication, masquerade — is logged with actor, subject, before/after JSON, and reason code.

Session audits

Authentication events: logins, logouts, 2FA challenges, password resets, with IP and user-agent metadata.

Delivery attempts

Outbound email + notification delivery log. Useful for diagnosing why a user didn't receive an expected message.

Compliance reviewer

Subset of admin tooling for two-eyes content review.

What you can do

Reviewers see the same Review queue, Content review, Ingestion queue, FAQs, and Glossary as admins, but no metrics, payouts, users, or audit surfaces.

Two-eyes principle

You cannot approve content you authored. The platform enforces a different reviewer. R1-R8 covers source citations, claim support, banned-language scans, and state-specific accuracy.

Account & safety

Profile settings

Update your name and email from Settings. Email changes require re-verification.

Password

Update from Settings → Security. Lost password? Use the Forgot password link on the login page to receive a one-time reset email.

Two-factor authentication

Enroll an authenticator app (Authy, 1Password, Google Authenticator) from Settings → Security. Recovery codes are issued at enrollment — store them somewhere safe.

Email verification

Required before quoting or messaging. If you didn't get the email, request a new one from the verification prompt or the Settings page.

How we make money

Agencies pay the platform a commission on policies sold through us. Consumers don't pay anything. Full disclosure on the Commission disclosure page.
